Executive and Career Coaching Sessions
Coaching is a designed alliance that helps bring out the best in the client and helps the client create and live the life they want. It enhances leadership and management performance by developing self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and influence.
- Format: Results-driven sessions via phone or Zoom.
- Structure: This is a retainer-based program, not a session package. The program runs for the duration specified in your enrollment, 2, 3, or 6 months. Sessions are 45 minutes and designed to be used at a rhythm of 3â4 per month to maintain momentum. The session count associated with your program is a guide to pacing.
- Commitment: Independent work between sessions is essential for optimal results.
- Scheduling: Use the provided link to schedule or reschedule. Cancellations require 24-hour notice.
Program
While the program primarily focuses on your career, business, and stated goals, this coaching is not limited to business and/or career discussions. You can receive coaching on any aspect of your life. This is of tremendous value as your coach becomes your partner in building your life and career.
Support
Voxer is a walkie-talkie app that allows for voice and text communication. âVoxesâ are answered Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm EST. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Holidays, weekends, and vacations may delay response time. Most Voxer discussions are 3-5 minutes in length and can be a great support between sessions. Here are typical examples of how Voxer could be used:
- A critical meeting has been scheduled, and you want to talk it through.
- You landed a job interview, and itâs in the next 48 hours.
- You are working on your resume or coaching assignment, and you are stuck.
- You want quick feedback on a workplace situation.
- Vox when a circumstance is pressing, and you need to respond before our next session.
Client Responsibility
The client understands that because of the nature of the program, each client's experience may vary. The client accepts and agrees that they are responsible for their progress and results in the program. The client acknowledges and agrees that coaching is a comprehensive process that may explore different areas of his/her life, including work, finances, health, and relationships. Still, it is ultimately the clientâs decision how s/he/they incorporate coaching into each aspect of life.
To maximize the benefits of this program, the client should:
- Show up to each session on time.
- Be in a quiet, distraction-free environment with decent cell or internet connectivity.
- Read any preparatory material before the session and work through assigned worksheets (where possible).
- Have paper and pen/ability to take notes.
- Be open and ready to be coached.
- Be accountable.
- Be honest.
Limitation on Guidance Given to Client
The client understands and agrees that the coach is not licensed or trained as a doctor, therapist, psychologist, or other professional. The client acknowledges that the coach has not offered, attempted, or promised to provide services requiring a professional license and is not permitted, authorized, or expected to do so.
Coaching is never a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical or psychological condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read, heard, or experienced during a coaching program.
Program Outcome
The information and processes taught by Jill Griffin Ventures, LLC, and shared in sessions, workshops, on our website or content system, or in any audio, video, or worksheets are real and work. However, Jill Griffin Ventures, LLC cannot guarantee any specific outcome or financial gain from any programs, events, services, or information provided. Success depends on the client's implementation of the teachings.
Coaching Package Time LimitsÂ
-
This is a retainer engagement with a defined program window. All sessions and support are designed to be used within that window at the recommended pace. The program end date is your finish line â sessions, Voxer access, and all between-session support expire at that date regardless of usage. Sessions do not roll over, or extend beyond the program period. The program window, not the session count, defines the engagement.
-
We understand that special circumstances arise. If a client needs to pause the program, they must submit a written request to the coach. Once approved, the program may be paused for a maximum of three (3) months.
-
During the pause period, clients will not have access to between-session support. This includes, but is not limited to, Voxer, email support, phone calls, and any other forms of communication offered as part of the program.
-
Between-session support is available only during active program periods. It does not extend or accumulate during a pause and will not be restored retroactively upon restart.
Use of Remaining Sessions After Pause
-
Upon resuming, all remaining sessions must be completed within three (3) months of the official restart date. This three-month window is separate from and in addition to the original pause period.
-
Failure to complete remaining sessions within this window will result in their forfeiture. No refunds or credits will be provided for unused sessions.
-
Clients are responsible for scheduling and completing their sessions within the adjusted program window following an approved pause.
Materials
Various written materials and worksheets may be provided throughout the program. These are not to be used for any interest outside the coaching program. Any external use of the material, worksheets, booklets, or any other material your coach provides requires written permission.Â
Confidentiality
Jill Griffin Ventures, LLC ensures all client information is kept confidential, with exceptions for legal requirements (e.g., intent to harm). The coach must have written permission to discuss interactions with others. The coach will not disclose client information or use the clientâs name as a reference without consent.
Confidential information does not include publicly known information or that the coach possessed before the clientâs disclosure. The coach will not share confidential information without authorization.
Jill Griffin maintains International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach credentials through ongoing training. At times, ICF requires client names and contact information for verification. By signing, you consent to Jill Griffin sharing your name, email, and coaching dates with ICF staff and third parties for verification if needed.
Commitment and Refund Policy
This program requires your full commitment. Discomfort and disruption are part of the growth process, and the work is designed to move through those moments, not around them.
Refunds are not standard. If extenuating circumstances arise that make continuation impossible, a refund request may be submitted in writing to Jill Griffin Ventures, LLC. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If a refund is approved, the following are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount received:
- All applicable payment and refund processing
- $1,500.00 content library fee (considered delivered in full as of the purchase date)
- The cost of any assessments purchased (considered delivered in full as of the purchase date)
- A prorated weekly rate for all weeks elapsed from the purchase date
The remaining balance, if any, constitutes the refundable amount.
The program start date is the date payment is received. All refund calculations begin from this date.
Delayed Start In some cases, a client may request to delay the program start date beyond the purchase date. All delayed start requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by Jill Griffin Ventures, LLC. If approved, the agreed-upon start date will be documented in writing and will serve as the program start date for refund calculations in place of the purchase date. Content, payment and processing fees, and assessments remain non-refundable as of the purchase date regardless of any approved delay.
