APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

You've created the impact. Now lead with influence.

Become the leader who walks into every room with a clear point of view, a strategic voice, and the influence to match the work she's already doing.

This is an eight-week group coaching program for senior women in leadership who are ready to shift from executing the strategy to leading the room with it. This is Next Era Leader.

A small (virtual) room.

Senior-level thinking.

Women supporting each other as they build what's next.

You're the one they call when it matters.

Decisions get made, problems get solved, teams get steadied, because you made it happen. Your track record is real. Your value is not in question.

But...

  • Your calendar is full of doing and not deciding.
  • You're being pulled into how things get done instead of shaping what gets done.
  • You're taking on work because it's faster to do it yourself than hand it off.
  • You're praised for being responsive, reliable, the one who never drops a ball, and somewhere underneath that praise, you know those aren't the words you're actually after.

You're not after likable. You're after influential.

The strategy behind the work is yours.

The thinking that drives the outcomes is yours.

The room just doesn't know it yet because you've been heads down executing instead of narrating the vision, building the influence, and directing your team to do the work your brain has already solved.

That changes here.

Eight weeks to shift from the leader who gets it done to the leader who sets the direction.

To free up the capacity your best thinking requires.

To build the influence that matches the impact you've already created.

This isn't about finding your voice.

You have a voice. You've been using it for years.

There are programs for women who struggle to speak up — who go quiet in meetings, who second-guess their ideas before they share them. Those programs do important work.

That's not this.

The women in this program are visible, vocal, and already operating at a high level. The issue isn't speaking up. It's that the leadership model they've been running, the one that earned every promotion, built every track record, and made them the most reliable person in the room, is now the exact thing limiting their influence.

The strengths that got you here are real. They are also now your blind spot.

Being the one who handles it. Never dropping a ball. Taking it on because it's faster. Being praised for being responsive and reliable. These are not weaknesses. They are the behaviors that made you exceptional, and they are quietly keeping you at execution altitude when your thinking is ready to operate at the strategic level.

Letting go of that identity can feel like losing your edge. It isn't. It's building the next one.

This is where that shift happens.

This is what leading with influence looks like.

You're in the room. Not as the one who will get it done, as the one who sets the direction. When you speak, the room shifts not because you got louder, because you got clearer.

You're the one who gets tapped for the panel. Not considered. Tapped. First.

When the next big project gets handed out, your name is already on the short list before the meeting starts.

When the next big role opens up, you're not waiting to be discovered. You're already known as the person who thinks at that level.

The meeting where you used to say something and watch it land in someone else's mouth twenty minutes later? That doesn't happen anymore. Your point of view is visible, it's strategic, and it's yours.

Your team is doing their work. Your calendar has room in it. Your brain is operating at the altitude it was always capable of because you're no longer in the weeds doing work that was never yours to carry.

And you're doing all of it inside a system that was not built for you. The gender bias is real. The structural bias is real. Women don't get the same results applying the same playbook. What shifts is how you navigate it. With a strategic voice, a clear point of view, and the influence to make the room respond differently regardless of who else is in it.

The strategy was always yours. Now the influence is too.

THIS IS THE ROOM WHERE YOUR NEXT ERA GETS BUILT.

You've spent your career expanding under pressure.
This is what it feels like to expand with support.

An intimate group coaching and strategic advisory program for six to eight women leaders navigating the next era of their leadership.

Each participant brings a real leadership challenge they’re navigating right now. Over eight weeks we work through it together — combining coaching, strategic perspective, and the collective insight of the room.

This isn't a course. There’s no mandatory work that adds to your already full plate. This is a live, intimate container where shifts happen in real time — guided by your experience, your challenges, and the collective wisdom of a carefully selected group of women operating at your level.

Between sessions, there may be thought work or journal prompts — not homework, but invitations to go deeper if your week allows.

And while the work is real and the conversations go deep, there will also be laughter.

Because when you find the balance between capacity and expansion, things actually do get easier. The joy in your work comes back. The pride in your team. The satisfaction in what you've built. It was never gone. It just needed room.

Eight weeks. Weekly 75-minute sessions via Zoom. Six to eight women per cohort. Application only.

The Work We Do Together

Over eight weeks we expand your leadership capacity step by step — applying each concept to the real leadership challenges you’re navigating right now.

Week 1 — Leadership Identity

Influence starts with knowing exactly who you are. This week we strip away the roles, the expectations, and the pressure to clarify your leadership operating code — the WHY you lead from — and build the intention that makes everything else possible.

Week 2 — Leadership Capacity

You cannot grow your influence by growing your workload. This week we audit where your energy is actually going, identify what you're carrying that isn't yours, and expand your thinking so your capacity grows without your to-do list growing with it.

Week 3 — Strategic Thinking

The leaders who shape the room aren't working harder — they're thinking more clearly and communicating effectively. This week we build the practice of slowing situations down, creating space for sound judgment, and leading from clarity instead of reaction.

Week 4 — Expansion

Explore what the Next Era of you Leadership looks like. Recconect to your WHY, and redefine what growth means for you at this stage of your leadership.

Week 5 — Leading with Focus

Learn where and how to protect your focus so your energy goes toward what actually builds your influence — and what you let go of so others can rise.

Week 6 - Team Dynamics

A leader who develops her team creates visible, lasting impact. This week we build the thinking capacity of the people around you — shifting from solving to coaching, from doing to developing.

Week 7 — Influence and Impact

Get clear on where you are, where you're headed, and the gap between them. Build the strategy that positions you for the influence and impact your next era of leadership requires.

Week 8 — Integration

Bring together everything from the eight weeks into one organic action plan that guides your next era of leadership. Leave with a clear sense of where you're headed and a network of women who are building alongside you.

What You Get — And What You’ll Use:

  • 8 Weekly Live Sessions 75 minutes via Zoom. Each session includes a core leadership concept, applied discussion, and live coaching around the real challenges participants bring to the room.

  • A Private Midpoint Strategy Session Around week 4 you’ll meet privately with Jill for a one-hour strategy session focused entirely on your leadership challenge. This session helps clarify what’s shifting and refine your leadership strategy for the second half of the program.

  • A Carefully Curated Cohort Six to eight women leaders, selected by Jill personally. The right room matters — thoughtful peers navigating similar leadership challenges.

  • The Power Move Assessment Completed before the program begins so you arrive at Week 1 with clarity on your leadership archetypes and how you naturally operate under pressure.

  • Thought Work & Strategic Frameworks Practical tools and leadership frameworks you’ll use during the program and long after it ends.

  • Session Recordings Every session is recorded and available for replay so you can revisit key insights and conversations throughout the program.

  • Voxer Access & Weekly Office Hours A private group Voxer channel for ongoing discussion and Jill’s weekly office hours (Fridays 12–2pm ET) for real-time support between sessions.

  • Your Personal Leadership Roadmap Developed over eight weeks — a clear strategy for how you lead, what you carry, and what your next era of leadership looks like.

  • A Community That Lasts Women operating at your level who will challenge, support, and witness your evolution — during the program and beyond.

By the end of the program you’ll have greater clarity, expanded leadership capacity, and a practical roadmap for navigating the next stage of your leadership.

What You’ll Leave With

By the end of the program, you will have:

  • A clear leadership operating code — how you think, decide, and lead under pressure

  • A capacity map showing what is actually yours to carry and what is not

  • A strategy for leading your team so they carry their own thinking and accountability

  • A clearer definition of what expansion means for you in this stage of your career

  • A leadership roadmap for the next phase of your growth

And just as important, you’ll leave with a room of women operating at your level — people who understand the complexity of the work and who will remain part of your thinking long after the program ends.

Your Investment

This isn’t just eight weeks of coaching.
It’s a leadership reset designed to change how you operate for the next phase of your career.

ABOUT JILL

Jill Griffin has been at every side of the table — startups, tech, brand, corporate, global holding companies, private equity.

She's driven growth at Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Hilton, and Martha Stewart, launched 50+ brands, managed $1B+ in media budgets, and served as COO for divisions valued at $13M and $75M.

For the past decade, she's been building her own practice — coaching senior leaders and advising high-performing teams through the exact inflection points this program was built for.

The Next Era Leader reflects what Jill learned across decades of leadership — that the difference between good leaders and great ones is not intelligence or effort, but the capacity to navigate complexity without losing themselves in the process.

Jill is also the host of popular podcast, The Career Refresh available on Youtube and all streaming platforms.

WHY I BUILT THIS

I've been there.

Leading teams. Navigating post-acquisition dynamics. Moving at a speed where the industry was changing faster than anyone had a playbook for. I was proud of what we were building. I loved the work. But I was questioning the impact I was making. It felt empty with limited influence.

When I first became responsible for a team I didn't know how to lead them.

I didn't understand the difference between telling and coaching. I was rewriting work instead of developing the person who wrote it. Fixing things instead of building the capacity in the people around me to fix them. I was efficient. I was capable. And I was doing it wrong.

I was stretched everywhere.

On every committee. Volunteering for everything. Contributing at work, at home, in my community — because none of it felt like that big a deal on its own. Until you add two or three no-big-deal projects to a full workload and a full life and suddenly you're at capacity and you can't figure out how you got there. I was a classic do-er. Not a leader.

I wanted more joy. In the work and outside of it.

But I also needed support, from someone who didn't have an ulterior motive. Who could give me honest perspective based entirely on what was best for me.

Sometimes that meant a strategic partner to think through a crucial conversation. Sometimes it meant someone to help me get out of my own way. Sometimes it meant someone to celebrate the wins, reframe the failures, and help me figure out when I was at capacity and what to do about it.

I needed tools and frameworks to build a growth mindset.

I needed to find the pause — because as my mentor says, we can see more clearly with our eyes closed. I need to uplevel my communication effectiveness. And I wanted a group of women who would be my board of directors. Different skills, different perspectives, extraordinary people. Women I could think, grow, and laugh with.

So I built it for me. And now I'm building it for you.

The Next Era Leader is for the woman who is smart, high-performing, and navigating all of it — and where the pressure of doing it all is starting to tip into over-functioning, under-fulfillment, with the early signs of burnout and limited influence. She's managing a team, or leading without one. Either way she's picking up work that isn't hers and somewhere in the middle of all of it she's lost the thread of what leadership, influence and growth actually means for her.

The work is simple to name and real to do.

How do you expand your capacity without expanding your workload?

How do you find the right level, the right pressure, the right touch to scale your team and your influence without getting pulled under?

How do you get clear on your identity, your WHY, and what your next era actually looks like?

That's what we do here. Every week. Together.

THIS IS THE ROOM.

You've been leading at a high level for a long time. You've done it well. And you know — with absolute clarity — that what's next has to be different.

This is where different gets built. Eight weeks, a carefully selected cohort of senior women leaders, and a room designed around who you are, how you lead, and where you're actually headed.

Sometimes you need a strategic partner to think through a crucial conversation.

Sometimes you need someone to help you get out of your own way.

Sometimes you need someone to celebrate the wins, reframe the failures, and help you figure out when you're at capacity — and what to do about it.

That's what happens here. Every week. Together.

Because when the pressure starts to release, something comes back. The joy in your work. The pride in your team. The satisfaction in what you've achieved and where you're still headed. It was never gone. It just needed room.
